David Levien graduated from the University of Michigan with Class Honors in 1989. He co-wrote the screenplays for Runaway Jury and Ocean's Thirteen, among other films. He produced Interview with the Assassin and The Illusionist. He directed the film Solitary Man starring Michael Douglas which will be released in May. His novel City of the Sun, which introduced P.I. Frank Behr, was nominated for the Hammett Prize, and the Strand and Barry Awards. David enjoys martial arts, yoga, tennis, running, travel and above all, spending time with his family. He lives in Greenwich, CT.
